In the northern end of Snell’s beach, 33 homes are nestled together all retaining a unique view of the bay. With native bush behind and the ocean, just meters from the living room these homes are a rare find in the heart of nature.

Designed by award-winning Architect Ken Crosson, this development was inspired by boatsheds along the waterfront taking the essence of the New Zealand Bach and channeling this into thecontemporary beachfront community. Being in the corner of the beach separated by the dunes and a river outlet, this community of houses maintains its privacy which is seldom-found with beachfront living.

Franklins is proud to be a part of the story of these homes. The unique location has been fused into every aspect of their design. Valdama’s Trace echoes the ripples of the ocean, with brushed nickel tapware adding a raw, natural finish, every aspect of these homes reminds you of the beach just outside.
