Our website is now closed and will not be taking any more orders.
If you have placed an order, rest assured it’s being processed and is on its way. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this pickup notification.
Picking up your order
Please see below points on picking up your order:
We will only have your order ready if you have received an email that your order is ready to be collected. This is different to an order conformation email.
We still have a couple of orders pick from our Christmas break and around 500 placed in February from which we are trying to get through as quickly as possible.
We cannot move your order to be picked ahead of others.
Please have your 4-digit order number ready to give us at the counter.
We cannot refund any orders.
We are not taking any more orders as we need to be out of the warehouse building soon and we need to focus on the orders that have been placed.
