Picking up your order

Please see below points on picking up your order:  

We will only have your order ready if you have received an email that your order is ready to be collected. This is different to an order conformation email.  

We have over 1800 orders to pick from our Christmas break which we are trying to get through as quickly as possible.   

We cannot move your order to be picked ahead of others.  

Please have your 4-digit order number ready to give us at the counter.  

We cannot refund any orders.  

We are not taking any more orders at this stage. We need to be out of the warehouse building soon so we need to focus on the orders that have already been placed.
