The waterfall effect – relating to it’s name ‘Cascada’, is made possible by the special material that Marmorin uses called Mineralicast.
Mineralicast
Mineralicast was developed over 35 years ago and is constantly improved over time. It is one of the most reliable and unique cast materials available. You won’t find baths in New Zealand made from this material anywhere else. The main component of the material is powdered Dolomitic Marble. The powder is made by disintegrating and purifying genuine Dolomitic Marble, which is a metamorphic rock formed by natural transformation and estimated to be over 500 million years old! The powdered Dolomitic Marble is mixed with a dedicated resin creating a strong casting filler. The exclusive sanitary Gelcoat coating for perfect surface finish and performance.
